Product News

Hot off the press - our new brochure for 2012-2013 - download it above!

Once again we have really gone to town over the year, sourcing new products to expand ranges and create new ranges.

We now have 44 active suppliers, sourcing from 49 different countries and over 210 different producers

However, here is a list of most of our current products (we actually have over 2,800 separate, different product lines IN STOCK!);

  • Around Christmas time, probably the widest selection of Fairly Traded, Ethical and Eco-Friendly Christmas Cards, Decorations, Stockings and Nativity Scenes you'll find in the Highlands. And also Divine Chocolate Advent Calendars! Yummy! Watch out for our Christmas Sale in June, when we'll be selling Christmas stock at a discount....

  • Almost the FULL range of Divine Chocolate bars, as well as Apricots, Mangoes and Brazil Nuts dipped in wonderful Divine Chocolate. One of very few places in the Highlands you can find such a choice, including 85% Dark and 70% Ginger & Orange Dark Chocolate

  • Fairtrade Sweeties and Fudge from Buchanan's

  • Wire Beaded and White Soapstone Sculptures from the Kisii region of Kenya in Africa, along with some Greetings Cards from the same area - these have wire figures on them

  • Books! About Fair Trade itself, Organic and Fair Trade Cookery, Healthy Living and a cool range of Children's books - books that help others, books that are eco-friendly and also some lovely inspirational and Christmas books, ideal for presents (I have two young children - I should know!). The range has been comprehensively expanded over the year.

  • Music! A large range of high quality music on CD from around the world - presented by Rough Guide and Putumayo Kids. A huge amount of choice for Children and Adults. You can also buy a CD with the track we use on the MFR advert. It's from Mozambique and it's Mega!
